Job summary

Valon Mortgage is seeking a Deployment Leader to own end-to-end deployment outcomes from contract through go-live and sustained adoption. You will manage a team of 5–10 Deployment Strategists, coach them through ambiguous, high-stakes problems, and ensure quality across complex loan-processing workflows.

You will stay close to the work, diagnosing issues early, and translating insights to executives, product, and engineering.

Qualifications

• Experience leading deployment teams in high-stakes environments.
• Ability to coach 3+ direct reports and scale capabilities.
• Proven comfort with data-driven decision making and AI-assisted workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end deployment outcomes across contracts to go-live to adoption.
• Lead and coach 5-10 Deployment Strategists; set learning loops and quality standards.
• Balance high-stakes client work with hands-on problem solving in real time.
