You will work directly with clients to define use cases, build roadmaps, and support implementations, coordinating testing and ensuring a seamless client experience. Strong technical and communication skills with 5+ years of deployment experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in deployment, client management, or software testing.
• Hands-on with Postman, Insomnia, API testing, SSO, and file transmissions.
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deployment projects for integrations.

About the Company: This team helps external partners and clients connect their technology so advisors can use multiple tools seamlessly. They manage integrations end to end—setting up secure logins, data connections, testing, and ongoing support—while acting as the bridge between teams and outside technology partners.

We are seeking a Deployment Manager to lead the deployment of technology integrations for clients and fintech partners within the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end integration deployments, including APIs, SSO, file transmissions, and connectivity.
• Work directly with clients and fintech partners to define integration use cases, build roadmaps, and support implementations.
• Coordinate testing, create test data, monitor test environments, and troubleshoot/triage issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful deployments and client adoption.
• Drive continuous improvement and deliver a seamless client experience.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in product deployment, client management, software implementation, or testing.
• Hands-on experience with Postman, Insomnia, API testing, SSO, and file transmissions.
• Strong technical, analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Proven client-facing experience.
• Financial Services experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
