You will work directly with clients to define use cases, build roadmaps, and support implementations, coordinating testing and ensuring a seamless client experience. Strong technical and communication skills with 5+ years of deployment experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in deployment, client management, or software testing.
• Hands-on with Postman, Insomnia, API testing, SSO, and file transmissions.
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deployment projects for integrations.
• Define use cases, roadmaps, and support implementations with clients.
• Coordinate testing, create test data, and monitor test environments.
• Troubleshoot issues and ensure client adoption.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for smooth deployments.
