Job summary

State Farm is seeking a Weather and Catastrophe Claims Services (WCCS) Claim Specialist. You will be the first contact for insureds, explain coverage, estimate damages, and guide them through the claims process while delivering Remarkable service.

This role involves handling homeowners, commercial and large loss claims from natural disasters and weather-related events, with deployments across the U.S. Selected candidates must reside in an identified state and be willing to relocate at their own

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and decision-making skills.
• Physical agility to inspect roofs and crawl in tight spaces.
• Ability to complete Rope and Harness Safety Training (RAST).
• You may be required to obtain a Property and Casualty Adjuster's License in every state that requires claim handlers to be licensed.
• A valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities
