Qualificações

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Two years of experience as a work leader, team lead or project manager OR one year of supervisory experience in a related field.
• Preferred qualifications include Associate’s Degree, EPIC experience, prior work experience in a medical facility, scheduling flexibility, and experience supervising direct reports.

Cleveland Clinic Akron General is looking to a Department Supervisor to their team who will support AGP Registration at Stow Health and Wellness Center as well as Green and Bath Health and Wellness Centers, as needed. As a Department Supervisor, you will supervise caregivers and the technical and administrative functions of the AGP Registration area. You will work on scheduling, staffing and payroll, all while ensuring caregivers are meeting their goals and metrics. This role requires an individual with strong communication and teamwork skills who is able to multitask, problem-solve and handle unexpected issues. A caregiver in this position works Monday-Friday from 8:00AM – 5:00PM, with bi-weekly on-call requirements.

A caregiver who excels in this role will:

• Supervise caregivers in daily operations of the assigned group.

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Two years of experience as a work leader, team lead or project manager OR one year of supervisory experience in a related field

Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

• Associate’s Degree
• EPIC experience
• Previous work experience in a medical facility
• Flexibility with scheduling
• Previous experience supervising direct reports

Physical Requirements:

• Requires standing and walking for extensive periods of time. Requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range.
• Requires dexterity sufficient to operate a computer.
• Will require the ability to operate various types of powered material handling equipment.
• Medium Work - Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
• Physical Demand requirements are in excess of those for Light Work.

Personal Protective Equipment:

• Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.

Pay Range

Minimum Annual Salary: $43,200.00

Maximum Annual Salary: $65,880.00
