Job summary

Emergent Staffing is hiring an Account Executive (Department Store) in Seattle to manage and grow strategic retail partnerships. You will serve as the primary contact for buyers, planners, and store leadership while driving sales, optimizing inventory, and supporting merchandising initiatives.

The role requires 3+ years in account management or retail sales, advanced Excel skills, and travel across the United States. Onsite Monday-Thursday with remote Fridays is expected, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in account management, retail sales, merchandising, or similar role.
• Experience with department stores or national retail accounts.
• Advanced Excel skills and data analysis能力.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly for customer visits and events.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for department store buyers, planners, and leadership.
• Analyze sales, inventory, and sell-through to identify opportunities and risks.
• Develop replenishment, assortment expansion, and inventory balancing recommendations.
• Conduct regular store visits to evaluate product performance and relationships.
• Manage order lifecycle from PO receipt to delivery with timely fulfillment.
