Responsibilities

Responsible for performing various administrative, secretarial, and clerical duties. Understands and follows the organization’s policies, procedures, and standards. Is an independent worker, meeting the day-to-day needs of the Director. Participates in the department’s performance improvement activities.

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

  • High School Graduate or equivalent required for all new hires, effective April 2014.
  • Three to five years of secretarial experience preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate in additional languages preferred.
