Responsibilities

Responsible for performing various administrative, secretarial and clerical duties. Understands and follows the organization’s policies, procedures and standards. Is an independent worker, meeting the day-to-day needs of the Director. Participates in the department’s performance improvement activities.

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

  • High School Graduate or equivalent required for all new hires, effective April 2014.
  • Three to five year’s secretarial experience preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate in additional languages preferred.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $20.12 to $30.90. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
