Department Administration Manager

We’re excited to welcome a Department Administration Manager. This role provides leadership and support to our team, overseeing all activities within the department.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead the team by monitoring performance quality, driving process improvements, and fostering employee development
  • Manage daily activities within the department, including billing, sales, order entries, and more
  • Conduct employee performance reviews, document any performance issues, and provide supportive counseling with targeted improvement action plans
  • Collaborate with other managers to schedule staff effectively to meet business needs across all shifts
  • Engage with staff to discuss and establish work plans; assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority
  • Offer technical advice and troubleshooting assistance when needed
  • Create a positive working environment that boosts employee morale and productivity while ensuring quality customer service
  • Provide timely coaching, call support, and balanced feedback to our associates
  • Take on other responsibilities as assigned
Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; at least two years of related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively—sense of urgency is key
  • Professional representation of the company with strong customer service, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
