Floor & Decor in Montgomery, AL is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales budgets, and deliver an exceptional shopping experience in line with company guidelines. You will supervise associates, manage scheduling and training, and analyze reports to optimize merchandising, pricing and inventory.

You may open or close the store as needed, ensuring safety and loss prevention everywhere.

Formación

• Three to five years retail management experience and proven ability direct operations.
• Ability to perform in a high volume, highly complex location.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Ability to recruit, hire, and train associates.
• Must be able to adapt to change with urgency.
