Qualifications

• Three to five years retail management experience and proven ability direct operations.
• Ability to perform in a high volume, highly complex location.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Must possess excellent customer service skills and work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer service and mentor staff using the P’s of retail.
• Engage customers and ensure store associates provide quality service.
• Merchandise strategically and maintain store presentation standards.
• Utilize reports (P&L, CPR, BAT, STPOA, STPRC) to optimize merchandising and pricing.
• Use POS systems to manage inventory, cycles, and loss prevention.
• Coordinate with headquarters and ensure brand and operating standards.
