Qualifications

• Retail store management experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor, maintain seasonal areas
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed
• Maintain store fixtures, displays, and promotional effectiveness
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged goods, payroll records and cash handling
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked store and secure assets
• Supervise, train, and develop Store Associates
• Provide a safe, respectful environment for customers and staff
