Responsibilities

• Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Guest Service Department Manager responsibilities include delivering great customer experience, training staff, and ensuring front counter and Drive-Thru areas run smoothly.
• Kitchen Department Manager responsibilities include ensuring quality food, safety, controlling costs, and training kitchen staff.
• People Department Manager responsibilities include hiring qualified crew, training them well, and scheduling to meet sales and profit goals.
