Requirements

Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience. Some managers also lead Departments. Responsibilities may include managing assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, setting goals, delegating tasks, following up, and reporting results.

Department Manager Responsibilities

• Guest Service Department Manager: Ensure crew and managers deliver a great customer experience; conduct sales promotions; train service staff; organize Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas.
• Kitchen Department Manager: Deliver high-quality food quickly; maintain food safety; control food cost; train kitchen staff on production procedures.
• People Department Manager: Hire qualified crew, train them, and schedule to meet sales and profit goals; motivate and recognize crew.

Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Looking for positive team players with flexible schedules who thrive in a fast-paced McDonald's environment. Must be 18 years or older.
