Floor & Decor in Lewis Center, OH seeks a Store Manager to lead daily operations and deliver exceptional customer shopping experiences. You will guide store teams, optimize merchandising, manage labor, and partner with leadership to meet budgets.

Qualifications

• Three to five years retail management experience.
• Ability to perform in a high-volume, complex location.
• Demonstrated initiative and be a self-starter.
• Proven recruiting, hiring, and training abilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage in a fast-paced environment with urgency.
• Demonstrated ability to increase the company’s overall market share.
• Must possess excellent customer service skills and work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Drive and teach the P’s of retail to include People, Product, Price, Purchasing, Position, Presentation, Promotion and Pro Services.
• Engage customers and provide a quality shopping experience and ensure quality service by associates.
• Strategically merchandize per company guidelines and standards.
• Maintain store presentation and enforce loss prevention and risk controls.
• Support the Chief Executive Merchant in customer service and environment improvements.
• Act as KCM or Manager on Duty as required.
• Conduct weekly competitive shops.
• Communicate pricing and inventory issues to the senior team.
• Analyze reports (P&L, CPR, BAT, STPOA, STPRC) to optimize merchandising and pricing.
• Use POS and inventory systems to track stock, orders and receiving.
• Ensure brand and operating standards are met and interface with HQ.
