Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead operations in a high-volume Georgia location. You will drive sales, oversee staff development, and ensure superb customer service aligned with company guidelines and brand standards.

Responsibilities include scheduling coverage during peak times, merchandising, inventory control, and weekly reporting to optimize profitability while maintaining a safe, welcoming store environment for customers and associates.

Qualifications

• Three to five years retail management experience.
• Ability to perform in a high volume, highly complex location.
• Demonstrated initiative and self-starter mindset.
• Proven recruiting, hiring, and training abilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage fast-paced environment with urgency.
• Track record of increasing market share.
• Strong customer service skills under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Drive maximum scheduling coverage during peak traffic periods.
• Provide exceptional shopping experience following company guidelines on sales and service.
• Lead, teach and model the P’s of retail (People, Product, Price, Purchasing, Position, Presentation, Promotion, Pro Services).
• Ensure store presentation standards and loss prevention procedures are followed.
• Support executive leadership in modeling a friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient store environment.
• Act as KCM or Manager on Duty as required.
• Conduct weekly competitive shops and communicate pricing/inventory issues to senior team.
• Analyze business reports (P&L, CPR, BAT, STPOA, STPRC) to optimize merchandising, in-stock levels, and pricing.
• Utilize POS systems to manage inventory, cycle counts, and shipping/receiving.
• Interface with corporate headquarters and uphold brand standards.
