Qualifications

• Proven recruiting, hiring, and training ability.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive scheduling coverage during peak traffic periods.
• Engage customers and ensure a quality shopping experience.
• Strategically merchandise per company guidelines.
• Maintain store presentation standards and loss prevention.
• Support Chief Executive Merchant and supervise associates as required.
• Interface with corporate headquarters.
