Job summary

Floor & Decor in Temple, TX is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and ensure an outstanding shopping experience for customers while upholding company guidelines on service, training, and merchandising.

You will manage scheduling, staff development, inventory, and loss prevention, with a focus on high-volume performance, team engagement, and accurate data-driven decision making to maximize store results.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of retail management experience.
• Ability to perform in a high-volume, complex location.
• Demonstrated initiative and self-starter attitude.
• Proven ability to recruit, hire, and train associates.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage scheduling, payroll and operating standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive and model the P’s of retail to include people, product, price, and promotion.
• Engage customers and ensure quality service across the store.
• Merchandise strategically and maintain store presentation standards.
• Ensure safety, loss prevention, and risk management guidelines are followed.
• Train, supervise, and develop store associates and manage workload.
• Analyze business reports and adjust in-stock, pricing, and merchandising accordingly.
