Responsibilities

• Oversee pricing, displaying, ordering and inventory control within the Department.
• Ensure superior customer service within the department.
• Supervise Department staff to include scheduling, training and assigning duties.
• Implement Safeway's and Starbucks' merchandising programs.
• Ensure department presentation, cleanliness, profitability and sanitation standards.
• Ensure paperwork as set by the Division is followed.
• Perform related duties as assigned by management.
• Ensure product quality meets Safeway's and Starbucks' standards.
