Responsibilities span Guest Service, Kitchen, and People DM roles, including coaching, hiring, scheduling, and performance monitoring. Benefits and bonus opportunities accompany training and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• Previous managerial experience preferred (restaurant, retail, or hospitality)
• Positive, flexible, team-oriented attitude
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Must be 18 years or older

Responsibilities

• Ensure crew and managers deliver exceptional guest experience
• Oversee sales promotions and service standards
• Maintain organized Front Counter, McDelivery cell, and Drive-Thru operations
• Ensure quality, safety, and fast-food production
• Monitor food cost and inventory
• Train kitchen staff on procedures and new menu items
• Hire, train, and schedule qualified crew
• Motivate and recognize team members
• Support staff development and retention
• Monitor performance and achieve departmental goals
• Support shifts and operations for 100% customer satisfaction
• Delegate tasks, follow up, and report results
