Qualifications

• Must be able to lead a team and manage shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead weekly shifts across departments to ensure fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Oversee Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management activities.
• Hire, train, and schedule crew to meet restaurant goals and maintain daily operations.
• Monitor performance, report results, and guide staff to improve guest experience.
