Summary

As Department Manager you will own a department or floor's performance, leading and coaching a team of client advisors to meet individual, department, and store targets. You will support the Store Manager/Director in developing new and existing clients, drive category sales, and secure succession plans through recruitment and development. The role also includes managing customer flow and experience as well as overseeing daily operations and inventory management.
