Reclectic is opening a new store in Kennesaw, GA and is seeking a Store Manager to join the team. The role involves shaping the customer experience, brand presentation, and store operations while developing the local team.

As a founding member of this location, you will drive merchandising, staffing, payroll compliance, and community engagement to maximize store performance and uphold URBN values in every interaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years store leadership experience; high volume experience ($7M+) required.
• Proven ability to hire and develop great talent.
• Strong merchant process understanding and its business impact.
• Flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Emulates URBN values and represents Reclectic brand locally.
• Lead and support the team to elevate store experience through operations, merchandising, and presentation.
• Cultivate welcoming, inclusive environment for exceptional customer experience.
• Resolve customer feedback and team insights to improve operations.
• Network with local businesses and organizations for collaboration opportunities.
• Oversee store processes, payroll, scheduling, and compliance with labor laws.
• Drive store sales by optimizing product flow and inventory accuracy.
