• Manage specific departments such as Guest Service, Kitchen, or People.
• Conduct training, maintain food safety, inventory management, and production procedures.
• Implement sales promotions and keep service areas organized.
• Hire, train, schedule, and motivate crew to meet sales and profit goals.
• Control food cost, quality, and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
