Job Summary

The Department Manager will be responsible for assisting with the successful operation of the department, guaranteeing customer service that meets or exceeds expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversees daily administrative and operational tasks
2. Hires, supervises, trains, and coaches associates
3. Oversees sanitation and safety of assigned unit(s)
4. Assists with cost control management for the account
5. Maintains excellent relationships with customers, guests, and Client as well as other departments
6. Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree
2. At least 3 years of relevant experience
3. Supervisory, leadership, management, and coaching skills.
4. Communication skills both written and verbal and ability to communicate with management, client, customer, and associate levels.
5. Exhibits initiative, responsibility, flexibility, and leadership
