The Interim Clinical Nurse Manager will be responsible for the overall operations of the nursing unit, including financial performance, service quality, clinical outcomes, quality improvement, employee satisfaction, and patient satisfaction. The Clinical Manager will report directly to a designated Nursing Director.
The Interim Clinical Nurse Manager will oversee the nursing unit's operations, focusing on financial, quality, and satisfaction metrics. This position is contingent on the return of the current employee on leave, with duration depending on their leave. Once the current manager returns, there may be opportunities for other managerial roles. The position could extend beyond 12 weeks.
