Requirements

Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit. Some managers also lead Departments, managing assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, setting goals, delegating tasks, following up, and reporting results to the team and other managers.

The Guest Service Department Manager’s responsibilities: ensure crews and managers deliver great customer experience, implement sales promotions, train service staff, and keep the Front Counter McCafé and Drive‑Thru organized for best service.

The Kitchen Department Manager’s responsibilities: deliver high‑quality food quickly, keep food safe, control food costs, train kitchen staff on production procedures, and implement new menu items.

The People Department Manager’s responsibilities: hire qualified crew, train them, schedule to meet sales and profit goals, ensure crew start well and are recognized and motivated.

Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. We’re looking for positive team players with flexible schedules, a passion for fast‑paced environments, and a minimum age of 18.
