Requirements

Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience. Some managers also lead departments. Responsibilities may include managing assigned systems (Training, Food Safety, Inventory Management), setting goals, delegating tasks to teams, following up, and reporting results.

Guest Service Department Manager responsibilities:

• Ensure crew and managers deliver a great customer experience.
• Execute sales promotions effectively.
• Train service staff on procedures.
• Maintain Front Counter McCafé and Drive‑Thru organization.

Kitchen Department Manager responsibilities:

• Deliver high‑quality food quickly and safely.
• Control food costs.
• Train kitchen staff on production procedures, including new menu items.

People Department Manager responsibilities:

• Hire qualified crew.
• Train and schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals.
• Recognize and motivate crew throughout their tenure.

Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. Must be 18 years or older.
