Responsibilities & Requirements

Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. Some managers also lead Departments. Their responsibilities may include managing assigned Systems, such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, setting goals, delegating tasks, following up, and reporting results back to teams and other managers.

Guest Service Department Manager responsibilities may include ensuring crew and managers deliver a great customer experience, executing sales promotions, training service staff, and maintaining Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service.

Kitchen Department Manager responsibilities may include ensuring the restaurant delivers high-quality, safe, fast food, controlling food cost, and training kitchen staff in production procedures, including new menu items.

People Department Manager responsibilities may include hiring qualified crew, training them well, scheduling to meet sales and profit goals, welcoming new crew, and recognizing and motivating them.

Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. We seek positive team players with flexible schedules who enjoy a fast-paced McDonald’s environment. Candidates must be 18 years or older.
