Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. Managers may also lead Departments, managing assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, setting goals, delegating tasks, following up, and reporting results.
The Guest Service Department Manager’s responsibilities include ensuring crew and managers deliver a great customer experience, executing sales promotions, training service staff, and organizing the Front Counter McCafé and Drive‑Thru areas for optimal service.
The Kitchen Department Manager’s responsibilities include ensuring the restaurant delivers high‑quality food quickly, maintaining food safety, controlling food cost, and training kitchen staff on production procedures, including new menu items.
The People Department Manager’s responsibilities include hiring qualified crew, training them, scheduling them to meet sales and profit goals, and ensuring crew are recognized and motivated.
Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Positive team player with a flexible schedule, passion for fast‑paced work, and age 18 or older.
