McDonald’s is seeking experienced managers to lead shifts and oversee various departments such as Guest Service, Kitchen, and People. Managers ensure fast, accurate, friendly service, maintain quality and safety standards, control food cost, hire and train staff, and meet sales and profit goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts each week, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Manage assigned systems (Training, Food Safety, Inventory Management), set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results.
• Oversee Guest Service Department: ensure crew and managers deliver great customer experience, sales promotions, training, and efficient counter/drive‑thru operations.
• Oversee Kitchen Department: guarantee high-quality food, speed of service, food safety, cost control, and staff training on new menu items.
• Oversee People Department: hire qualified crew, train, and schedule to meet sales and profit objectives, recognize and motivate employees.

Requirements

Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally within restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Positive team player with flexible schedule and high energy. Must be 18 years or older.
