This position is for a manager at a McDonald's restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee. The franchisee is the employer and responsible for all employment matters.

Responsibilities

Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service. Specific duties vary by department:

• Guest Service Department Manager: oversee crew and managers to deliver great customer experience, manage sales promotions, train service staff, maintain the front counter, McCafé, and drive‑thru areas.
• Kitchen Department Manager: ensure quality food delivery, food safety, cost control, and train kitchen staff on production procedures, including new menu items.
• People Department Manager: hire qualified crew, train and schedule them to meet sales and profit goals, and keep them motivated.

Managers may also lead individual departments such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, setting goals, delegating tasks, following up, and reporting results.
