This job posting is for a position in a restaurant that is owned and operated by an independent franchisee and not McDonald’s USA. The franchisee is the employer and is responsible for all employment matters.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate and friendly experience.
• Manage assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management; set goals, delegate tasks, and report results.
• Guest Service Department Manager: oversee Crew and Managers to deliver a great customer experience; manage sales promotions; train customer service procedures; keep Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive‑Thru organized.
• Kitchen Department Manager: ensure the restaurant delivers high‑quality food quickly; maintain food safety; control food cost; train kitchen staff on production procedures and new menu items.
• People Department Manager: hire qualified crew, train them, and schedule them to meet sales and profit goals; support crew development and motivation.

Qualifications

• Previous McDonald’s managerial experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• Minimum age 18 years or older.
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule for a fast‑paced environment.
