McDonald's is seeking an experienced Department Manager to lead a restaurant department and ensure fast, accurate, friendly service during every visit. The role offers structured training and growth opportunities within a locally owned and operated McDonald’s franchise.

Starting pay ranges from $18.75 to $25.00 per hour, with actual starting rate based on experience, certifications, availability, and staffing needs. Walk-in interviews are welcomed most days during specified times.

Qualifications

• Experience in department management preferred.

The actual starting rate offered will be based on factors such as management experience, certifications, qualifications, availability, and the staffing needs of the restaurant.
