Responsibilities

• Own omni‑channel customer experience in the store, ensuring visual and commercial presentation per guidelines.
• Representing yourself and the H&M brand positively during customer interactions.
• Identify department strengths and commercial opportunities, and act on them.
• Establish & analyze sales and budget goals, creating plans to optimize results.
• Ensure customer service across the store and guide the team to promote and sell products.
• Promote Hello Member loyalty app and in-store sustainability initiatives.
• Manage your department in a cost-efficient way.
• Ensure correct routines in fitting room and checkout, including transaction, returns and exchanges.
• Ensure all admin routines for people and operations are handled correctly.
