Responsabilidades

• Engaging peers to provide the best possible shopping experience for customers.
• Communicating with team members and assigning daily work tasks.
• Mentoring and coaching team members to exceed sales goals.
• Supports training and cross-training of team members.
• Assist department scheduling to improve customer service and profits.
• Ensure freshness through rotation and dating policy execution.
• Guide team on food safety standards and safe operations.
• Lead ordering, receiving, stocking, pricing and product displays where applicable.
• Foster Meijer culture and diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Operate a register and handle cash as needed.
• Operate powered equipment where applicable.
• Participate in period end inventories to help achieve goals.
• May act in Lead capacity in other departments.
• Other duties as assigned or required.
