Responsibilities

• Performs responsible clerical support for the Diagnostic Imaging manager and support staff.
• Answers telephone, directs calls to appropriate individuals or department, takes and conveys clear messages, and prioritizes incoming calls for the Diagnostic Imaging manager.
• Maintains sign-in and sign-out record of films out of the department or file area with guidelines.
• Maintains departmental files and record keeping systems.
• Tracking imaging procedures done at outside medical facilities/imaging centers.
