Job summary

Shriners Children’s Hospital in Palmdale, CA is seeking a Department Administrative Assistant to support the Radiology team on-site. You will handle clerical duties, scheduling, order entry, and PACS image imports to keep patient flow smooth.

Responsibilities

• Support the team through clerical functions such as notifying manager to order supplies and support the department.
• Answer the department phone.
• Manage scheduled order report.
• Manage technologist worklist and schedule appointments.
• Enter request orders and importing into PACS system.
• Handle patient request orders.
• Manage department flow for patients.
• Import all media of radiology images from outside facilities
