Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in SEO, organic search, or a related discipline.
• Experience with content optimization, information architecture, keyword and intent research, and performance measurement.
• Strong writing and editing skills with a focus on clarity, accuracy, and authority.
• Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to evaluate emerging search technologies and translate findings into recommendations.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Own PODS’ organic discoverability strategy across traditional and AI-powered search experiences.
• Monitor PODS visibility for priority brand, category, service, and local queries.
• Develop content to provide clear, authoritative machine-readable answers.
• Own on-page and technical SEO for PODS.com including crawlability and structured data.
• Conduct regular technical and content audits and maintain a prioritized backlog.
• Partner with Web Development on releases and migrations to protect organic performance.
• Own organic information architecture across service, location, and editorial content.
• Identify gaps, duplication, and opportunities to improve content and pages.
