Job summary

Ion Solar seeks a Warehouse Support Crew Member to maintain inventory levels, verify order specs, and ensure quality. You will organize the warehouse, load/unload orders, and support receiving, shipping, and warehousing of materials.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience with inventory analysis or warehouse systems is preferred.
• Solar or related industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical inventories to verify stock and identify losses.
• Evaluate warehouse materials to maintain quality and readiness.
• Load and unload trucks to receive stock or fill orders.
• Maintain records and documentation for receipts, deliveries, and inventory.
• Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Prepare reports to ensure accurate warehouse records.
• Provide quality customer service to support efficient operations.
• Review orders and invoices for discrepancies and correct errors.
