Job summary

Solaris Energy Infrastructure, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to manage parts inventory, oversee shipping/receiving, and coordinate timely deliveries to jobsites. You will work with the Buffalo, TX and Memphis, TN warehouses and operate forklifts as needed.

The role requires strong organizational and analytical skills, a valid driver’s license, and forklift experience. This is a full-time position in a fast-paced energy infrastructure environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in warehouse operations or inventory control.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Track, monitor, and manage parts inventory ensuring accuracy and adequate stock levels.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions in systems.
• Maintain and stock warehouse inventory ensuring items are organized.
• Oversee shipping and receiving operations and inspect deliveries.
• Operate forklifts safely for loading, unloading, and inventory tasks.
• Deliver parts to job sites or arrange delivery using company vehicle.
• Coordinate with Buffalo, TX and Memphis, TN teams on procurement needs.
• Communicate with team to address inventory and operational challenges.
