Job summary

ION Solar is a rapidly expanding residential solar company with a nationwide presence. We are seeking a Warehouse Support Crew Member in Bloomington, IL to maintain inventory levels, verify orders, organize the warehouse, and handle receiving, shipping, and warehousing activities.

This full-time position offers competitive hourly pay of $19.00-$20.00, opportunities for growth, and benefits including 401K, paid time off, and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with inventory analysis.
• Solar or related experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to submit to a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory levels and verify orders match specifications, quantity, and quality.
• Identify stock losses and organize the warehouse layout.
• Load and unload deliveries, receive stock, and fill orders for transport.
• Maintain physical and electronic documents, logs and warehouse reports.
• Operate warehouse equipment and provide quality customer service.
• Assist with invoices and delivery status inquiries.
