Job summary

Tempur Sealy International is hiring a Unit Build assembler in Denver, CO. You will work in teams of two to lift encased coil mattresses (40-50 lbs each) from floor to a table, assemble foam perimeter pieces, and glue Hybrid toppers onto units.

The role requires good hand-eye coordination, the ability to multitask, and the stamina to stand or sit for 8+ hours, with a moderate-noise production environment. Pay rate is $21.95 per hour.

• Demonstrated ability to multitask with excellent attention to detail.
• Requires very good hand eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a standing/sitting position for 8+ hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist two-person team to assemble encased coil mattresses (40–50 lbs each).
• Glue and assemble foam perimeter pieces and hybrid toppers onto units.
• Stage completed hybrids and assist other departments as needed on 1st shift.
