Job summary

Tempur Sealy in the United States is hiring a mattress assembler to work in two-person teams. You will lift encased coil mattresses (40–45 lbs each) from the floor to a waist-high table; foam pieces are glued in place and the cycle repeats about 15 times per hour.

Schedule is Monday–Friday with medical, dental and wellness programs. We offer a quarterly bonus up to $600, pay rate $20.84/hr, employee discounts, generous PTO, life and disability coverage, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in a standing position for a minimum of 8 hours per shift.
• Excellent attendance, reliable and punctual.

• Work in two-person teams to assemble mattresses.
• Lift encased coil mattresses weighing 40–45 lbs from the floor and place them on a waist-high table; glue foam pieces into the perimeter and repeat the cycle about 15 times per hour.
