GE HealthCare in the Denver, CO area is seeking a Field Engineer for the surgery OEC Imaging modality to provide region-based support to GEHC Field Engineers. This role requires working onsite at customer locations and may include an assigned company car.

The candidate will perform installations, preventive maintenance, and service tasks, communicate with customers, and collaborate with teammates while developing independent troubleshooting skills and contributing to revenue opportunities.

Competenze

Engineering degree or equivalent military education or 4 years servicing electronic equipment.
Experience with Web applications and Microsoft Office.
Valid driver's license required.

Mansioni

Complete installations, preventive maintenance, FMIs/ISIs on time.
Troubleshoot with field engineers and develop ability to work independently.
Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to ensure satisfaction.
Identify value-added services to help customers run their business more efficiently.
Maintain service logs, internal service records, order parts, and manage cycle times.
Follow GEHC escalation processes and coordinate with regional/national support.
Engage with account community and assist with revenue programs.
Respond to service calls within one year of employment.
