Job summary

Century Group is seeking a Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst to join their team in Denver, CO. The role will support budgeting, forecasting and long‑term financial planning across the organization, and develop models and dashboards to illuminate business performance.

You will partner with business leaders to drive resource planning, performance measurement and financial management initiatives, while maintaining accuracy and timely delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in finance, accounting, economics, business or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical capabilities.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with large data sets and multiple systems.
• Ability to manage competing priorities while delivering timely results.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support budgeting forecasting and long term financial planning activities across the organization.
• Develop financial models reports and dashboards that provide insight into business performance and trends.
• Analyze financial and operational results and present recommendations that support strategic decision making.
• Partner with business leaders to assist with resource planning performance measurement and financial management initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes data accuracy and financial analysis efficiency.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor degree in finance accounting economics business or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in financial planning analysis corporate finance or a related field.
• Demonstrate strong financial modeling forecasting and analytical capabilities.
• Possess advanced Excel skills and experience working with large data sets and multiple business systems.
• Maintain the ability to manage competing priorities while delivering accurate and timely results.
