Job summary

LHH is partnering with an established organization to hire a Senior Financial Analyst. This newly created position offers direct exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to build reporting tools and processes as the finance function continues to develop.

This full-time, direct-hire role includes an annual bonus potential, health, retirement, and paid-time-off benefits, and a chance to influence financial planning, analysis, and decision making across the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience.
• Hands-on budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis experience.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and drivers of operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain cash flow forecasts (short- and long-term).
• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Develop financial models, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Analyze financial trends, risks, and performance.
• Assist with acquisition due diligence and post-close integration.
• Prepare opening balance sheets and support acquisition accounting.
• Partner with accounting, operations, and leadership on decisions.
• Support month-end close, reconciliations, and finance projects.

• Develop financial models, management reports, dashboards, and KPIs
• Analyze financial trends, risks, and business performance
• Assist with acquisition due diligence and post-close integration
• Prepare opening balance sheets and support acquisition accounting activities
• Partner with accounting, operations, and leadership on financial decisions
• Support month-end close, reconciliations, and special finance projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or a related position
• Hands-on budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis experience
• Strong understanding of financial statements and operational performance drivers
