Job summary

Century Group is seeking a Director of Operational Finance to lead financial planning and operational finance activities across project portfolios in the Denver area. The role focuses on aligning financial strategy with performance metrics and delivering accurate insights to executives.

You will develop reporting tools and dashboards, monitor project economics, identify risks, and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in finance, accounting, engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in financial planning, operational finance, project finance, or related discipline.
Demonstrate strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting and variance analysis.
Possess experience with project costing, financial controls, operational reporting and performance measurement.
Maintain advanced Excel skills and the ability to work with financial systems and large datasets.

Responsibilities

Lead financial planning and operational finance activities to support project performance and business objectives.
Analyze budgets forecasts costs and financial results to provide meaningful insights for leadership decision making.
Develop reporting tools dashboards and performance metrics that improve visibility into operational and financial outcomes.
Partner with operational teams to monitor project economics identify risks and improve financial performance.
Drive process improvements automation initiatives and reporting enhancements that increase efficiency and data accuracy.
