Job summary

Young Electric Sign Company seeks a Service Administrator - Patrol Coordinator to support Colorado Service operations from the Denver office. You will handle service administration, job creation, invoicing, and commission processing while coordinating nighttime patrols and reviewing inspection reports.

Responsibilities include maintaining customer records, creating and routing service jobs, ensuring accurate invoicing, and providing routine administrative reports.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with relevant admin, customer service or ops experience.
• Experience coordinating employees or work assignments preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer records in CRM and related systems with accurate data before processing work.
• Create Time and Material jobs for Custom Account Executives or General Manager; oversee authorized maintenance and quoted jobs.
• Coordinate flow of job information from first contact to handoff to Service Operations.
• Review completed jobs for complete documentation and ensure labor/materials transfer to invoices.
• Prepare and send invoices and handle billing questions with customers and accounting staff.
• Distribute Service Agreement inspection reports to customer contacts quarterly.
• Track patrol assignments, route schedules, and ensure coverage with patrollers.
• Review patrol and inspection reports for accuracy; route findings to appropriate executives.
• Monitor patroller hours, mileage, attendance, and report activity; escalate issues as needed.
