Job summary

City and County of Denver is seeking a Fleet Management Program Administrator to coordinate DEN’s fleet technology, ensuring system uptime and data integrity for a 24/7 airport environment. You’ll support technicians, operations, and external partners while maintaining compliance and performance dashboards.

The role focuses on CMMS, telematics, fueling, inspections, and reporting, offering on-site work at DEN with flexible 4/10 or 8–5 schedules.

Qualifications

• Education requirement: Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration, Management, Sociology, Psychology, Political Science, or a related field.
• Experience Requirement: Three (3) years of professional or technical level experience planning the administrative aspects of a program(s) or training program participants and/or volunteers.
• Education/Experience Equivalency: One (1) year of experience may substitute for each required year of education.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain fleet management systems.
• Monitor system performance and coordinate resolutions with IT, vendors, and operations.
• Ensure data integrity and accurate asset records across fleet programs.
• Build and maintain dashboards, KPI reports, and operational metrics for leadership.
• Analyze system data to support decision-making and identify improvements.
• Ensure compliance with reporting standards and regulatory requirements.
